For 2 yrs we've had the pleasure of having Gelderman for all our snow and landscaping needs. We started with Owen and Mike managing the property then Nicole was given our property once they moved up in the company. When we had an issues without hesitations Owen and Nicole offered to meet on site to go over any miscommunication on services and constantly overseeing the property to ensure we are in good hands. I know Nicole values our business and cares about the property as if she's an owner not just a business transaction. I recommend Gelderman to anyone searching for a positive change in service.

As we all know this has been an interesting winter due to the freeze and thaw followed by heavy snow falls.The Gelderman crews who service our large townhome condo complex are excellent. Our roadways, driveways and sidewalks have been kept cleared and snow moved to the approved areas. I love hearing the beeping in the over night hours when the snow clearing is done, it helps me to sleep knowing they are on the job. Winter and summer crews are often on site like a swarm of worker bees, to get all the jobs done. A summer crew of Nate, Tim, Riley, Hudson, Jerome, Ben, Kyle, Riley B, Aaron, Ethan and Brady descended on our complex to complete an extensive fall cleanup. GOOD WELL DONE to all the Gelderman crews. Thank you.

October 29, 2025 - We just moved in to a new house with landscaping that was terribly overgrown to the point you could not see the house and was not in good condition. In a short 6 week period, Gelderman assessed our needs, came up with a design and completely redid our landscaping front and back. The quality of the work and the attention to detail, as usual, was first class - we are thrilled with the final result. Special thanks to Jon, Rene and Kaleb who worked tirelessly to make our place perfect - thanks guys and thanks to the Gelderman team for another job well done!May 23, 2024 - We had a piping failure in a rock water feature and the piping had to be replace. A quick response from Gelderman and a creative and innovative solution to fix the problem. Thanks to Phil, Greg and Cole who did a great job!May 6, 2024 - Another successful Gelderman job. Planting 3 new Blue Spruce Trees, 5 new dogwoods and repairing some interlocking. Shawn, Justin and Misele did a great job of installation and clean-up and as always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!Reached out to Gelderman to remove 3 large piles of leaves - within 3 hours the vacuum truck arrived and I was greeted by Dana Morales Perez. One of the hardest working individuals I have ever met . . . she was fast and meticulous. Thanks Gelderman and Dana!

We have lived in our condo complex on Itabashi Way for 10 years and just over a year ago Gelderman Landscape took over the summer and winter maintenance of our large complex. The hard work of all the crew members has transformed the entire property. The lawns, gardens, bushes and trees look truly AMAZING!! This past winter we were also extremely happy with the winter control of snow and ice.Today Joseph, Nelson and Michael were here working hard on the fall clean up of gardens and common areas. I live in an apartment in Galt. They do our grass and they do a great job. As I have gardens, they always ask me how I want them to cut it along my garden's edges. I also have a ShihTzu that absolutely LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Ken. I am very happy with Ken, Jordan, Justin, and Keegan and look forward to seeing them weekly. I can't say enough good about them.

Jake and his crew of Dan, Julian and Paulo are very personable and friendly. They take “pride” in their work. Jake is an excellent leader, who wants the residents of our condo complex to be happy with his team’s work. Even during the very hot spells that we had this summer they continued to work diligently. We recently had the pleasure of using Geldman’s services in rescuing the gardens of older relatives. The entire place was disappearing under a blanket of greenery, but now, the beds are cleared in such a way as to let the prize blooms shine through. Similarly the evergreens and hedges have been giv n a new lease of life.Everything Suzanne promised has been delivered and more. Chris and Sarah were excellent on delivering the vision we were given.
