We start with new hire safety orientation on day one for every employee and it continues every day we’re on the job.

- We use custom software to maximize efficiency, including job costing, record keeping and purchasing.
- Our crews take extra care to ensure that the job site is left clean and organized at the end of each work day. Hard surfaces are swept, unfinished areas are fenced off and the site is tidied and secured.
- We take project management seriously by holding regular planning meetings for each project with all staff leaders.
- Supervisors are available on-site to communicate daily with our clients.
- Property care includes power edging of curbs and walkways for a ‘cleaner look’.
- Our crew leaders are trained in horticulture and landscape procedures.
- Crews are closely supervised daily by senior staff.
