“Jan Gelderman Landscaping has been part of the Flamborough landscape for the past 50 years, and Tuesday August  9, 2005, the golden celebrations were held – as might be expected – outdoors on the rolling grass, under the shade trees and beside a spring-fed pond at the company’s Centre Road location. About 800 guests attended the festivities.“

“Company president Hank Gelderman, whose father Jan founded the business in 1955, attributed its success to dedicated staff. The company is also active in supporting the community and sponsors many city gardens in the area, non-profit organizations, community groups and sports teams.“
